Our client is a globally active company specialized in the development and production of advanced testing and diagnostic solutions for electrical energy systems.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Professional and functional leadership of 3 employees at the location
  • Expansion and management of global regional teams
  • Recruitment and development of employees
  • Continuously improve structures, KPIs, sales strategies, and workflows
  • Conducting market analysis and managing budgets
  • Preparing strategic input and decision-making support for customer proposals
  • Expanding and maintaining a global partner network
  • Monitoring and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • International travel activities

Your Profile:

  • Completed engineering degree with a focus on the energy sector
  • Several years of professional and leadership experience in project sales
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in high-voltage technology
  • International experience
  • Experience in contract and project management
  • Business fluent English skills and good German skills
